Terms of Service - Donations and VIP Benefits
This document establishes the Terms of Service between the Braz server and the user who makes a donation (the "Donor"). By making a donation, the Donor agrees to all the clauses described herein.

1. Nature of Donations and Server Maintenance
1.1. Transactions carried out on this website are considered voluntary donations made to assist in the maintenance and improvement of the Braz server.

1.2. Donations are vital to the sustainability of the server, covering operational costs such as:

Server hosting and infrastructure;

Plugin and license purchases;

Fees and payments to developers responsible for custom plugins, maps, and other improvements.

2. Nature of Items and Benefits Acquired
2.1. As a token of appreciation for donations, the Donor receives access to benefits and virtual items (such as VIP ranks, special items, access to exclusive areas, among others).

2.2. These items and benefits are digital rewards and do not constitute the purchase of a physical or digital product. They have no monetary value outside the server environment and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money.

3. Non-Refundability and Irreversibility of Donations
3.1. All donations are final and non-refundable. Once the donation is completed and the benefits are delivered to the Donor's account, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.

3.2. The Donor understands and agrees that, by making a donation, they waive any right to a refund or refund, unless expressly agreed in writing by the server administrator.

4. Donor Responsibilities and Donation Cancellation
4.1. The Donor is responsible for ensuring that their game account and payment information are correct at the time of the donation. The Braz server is not responsible for donations made to incorrect accounts due to incorrect information provided by the Donor.

4.2. Any attempt to cancel a donation (refund or chargeback) after using the benefits received will result in an automatic and permanent ban of the player's account, with no possibility of appeal.

5. Server Rules and User Conduct
5.1. Making a donation does not exempt the Donor from following the general rules of the server. VIP benefits or purchased items may be revoked, and the user's account may be banned, in case of violation of the server rules.

5.2. The Donor understands that the suspension, ban, or termination of their account due to rule violations will not result in a refund of the donation.

6. Maintenance, Instability, and External Factors
6.1. The Braz server may experience periods of maintenance, instability, or interruptions due to external factors, such as host outages, network problems, or software failures.

6.2. These interruptions are unavoidable and beyond our control. Donations are not eligible for refunds, as the amounts donated are used for ongoing server maintenance, regardless of unexpected events.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
7.1. The Braz server only uses skins, plugins, and other content licensed for use or owned by the server.

7.2. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service
8.1. The Braz server reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Donor to periodically review this document.
